Dr. Mikhael Rosenberg, D.Ac., PT
I am proud to have earned my degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Hartford, where I also made time to play lacrosse. As a former athlete, I have personally experienced the benefits of good therapy and self-care, which has fueled my passion for this field. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in various settings, including private practices, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, and even in patients' homes. I am especially proud of my extensive experience within the Northwell Health and Catholic Health Systems.
After working as a Physical Therapist for some time, I felt a desire to expand my knowledge and skills to better serve my patients. I attended a lecture on Traditional Chinese Medicine, and it sparked my interest. I decided to go back to school to study Acupuncture and Eastern Medicine, which has been a valuable addition to my Western Medicine background.
I hold a Masters Degree in Acupuncture from the New York College of Health Professions and a Doctorate Degree from Five Branches University. My education and experience have allowed me to integrate different approaches and provide the best possible care for my patients. I have had the privilege of working with some of New York's top healthcare professionals, and my areas of expertise include Internal Medicine, Sports Medicine, and Psychological Disorders.
I firmly believe in treating each patient holistically, which involves thorough questioning, utilizing various treatment methods, and showing kindness and support. My dedication and hard work have been recognized, and I am honored to have been voted as Long Island's Best Acupuncturist for three consecutive years. I am excited to help guide you on your journey to wellness.
